Thanks for reaching out today Doug. As a major point of clarification the range was bought Sept 3, 2022, so in actuality the warranty is roughly 2 weeks past the 1 year not 6 months. But the larger issue in my mind was clarification around the warranty as I truly believed I was leaving there with coverage on both units. Regardless, I'll take accountability for that issue, which is a rare thing these days. In lieu of our conversation I have upgraded my initial rating.

Purchased outdoor patio furniture, a new gazebo (minor box damage and way cheaper than anywhere else!) awesome deals and great quality! Just returned and bought a new fridge that I will be picking up later today. Great customer service and happy to be served by Kayla both times. She’s awesome to deal with and definitely looks out for the clients - a rarity in stores nowadays. Will definitely be back should we need more items.

Went there on Friday the 12th of may my husband asked if the fridge worked guy said yes it does as he pointed out there was dents the guy that is my husband said he didn’t care so much as it wasn’t that terrible the dents so whatever. Came home fridge seemed to be cool but all our freezer food defrosted. Frustrating as we had to throw that food out but whatever it’s the weekend the store isn’t open it is what it is. Next day our fridge was warm thinking it was just the freezer at least we had the fridge part until the store was open again but nope I guess the food from the freezer was keeping the fridge warm. Beyond furious at this point as that was the most important thing to work as our other fridge puked out hence why we needed a working fridge. Fast forward to just today the guy took the fridge it was nice that someone was helping even though we waited in the store for a couple hours okay it is what it is. Fast forward to being accused of putting a dent at the bottom of the fridge as if we had banged up the already dented fridge that was infuriating as they said they were going to swap the door out on the new fridge they gave us again whatever we just need a fridge and we were tired of being there already (I don’t appreciate being accused of doing something we didn’t do we run a company and know all about customer service). It would have been impossible to dent the dang thing as we loaded it through French doors that I literally backed my truck up to as you would when they put it into the truck I could provide pictures of that too. 3 hours later finally get home to notice the inside door was missing all the shelves on the left side now I’m steaming mad at this point as well as this fridge is more dented then the last. We will not be going back to this store which is upsetting as I saw some nice stuff I would have purchased for our company and our home oh well there are other stores around I’ll just have to look. I’m not one to leave a bad review but this experience didn’t have to be this way and I am still fuming. Good luck in your business and I’m glad others have a positive experience here. I felt it necessary to update I wish I could give no stars in this review I really do. 5 moth’s later and still I don’t have the left side of drawers in my fridge almost half a year later!!!!! I cannot believe the arrogance of customer service these days especially at this facility. They say we will look into it and call you back and that ver happens! ENOUGH of the run around and give me the rest of the parts to my fridge it isn’t a complex request! I am so frustrated with this company!

Great experience! I replied to an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a portable generator that was listed as "sold" just to see how often they got them in stock. Kayla explained that they come in once in a while and I told her that I would keep an eye on their Marketplace page. Three days later, Kayla messaged me that another came in and it was exactly the unit I was after and exactly as described...New in Box. The gentlemen that helped load it in my truck were also very friendly and accommodating! By the time I was back on the road it was 15 minutes from when I first arrived...new generator in hand! Thanks for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be shopping with you all again!

Fantastic quality furniture and appliances! We have slowly furnished our whole house over the last 5 years from Primary Direct! Latest was our living room where we purchased our new violino sectional, coffee table and recliner! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! We also purchased all our kitchen appliances, bar stools along with dining table, bedroom set and mattress! We’ll definitely be back for more!!
